great product, but the rental policy needs work

The calculator worked great, and I saved a lot of money renting from this website! I just don't agree with the renting policy. I just needed the calculator for 8 weeks, but I was charged for as soon as the calculator was sent out, and received back instead of from the day I received it, and by the date I mailed it back so I was charged for more than 8 weeks which I just don't agree with.
