| Good afternoon, I would like to thank you for the amazing customer service from day one. The calculator I ordered was in amazing shape. To be honest I was afraid the batteries would die on me from so much use in my Summer course that required a whole lot of calculations during long periods of time. But boy was I wrong, that calculator never gave up on me and that was a blessing. As a Business Student I am grateful that this type of HELP is available. Because saving money is a LOT OF HELP. Thank you. And i will definitely be recommending to others. | |

| I used this to rent a calculator last semester and sent the calculator on the due date WAS NOT CHARGED. However I used it again because it went so great but that was a huge mistake because this semester I did the same exact thing and was charged for a whole month when I ALREADY sent the calculator. APPARENTLY it needs to be in their hands BY THE DUE DATE. Customer service was rude saying I was late. But I literally did the same thing 4 months before without this happening but no I'm being charged. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Two stars because it was good the first time but was terrible the second. Will not recommend to anyone | |
