Lack of customer service

I ordered a calculator and later found out one week later that I wouldn't need it. So, I went to the customer service and sent an email stating that I will not need to calculator and would like to get the return shipping label so that I can send it back for a refund. The only response I received was what appeared to be a computer generated email stating that the person in charge of graphtor was doing an internship and that they would get back to me. I sent another email and both times received the same message with no other response. Needless to say, I ended up having a calculator sit on my desk that I didn't need and couldn't return until the rental term was up. I will be sending this calculator back now that my rental term has expired and the return label is now available and will NEVER use them again. No, I would not recommend them unless they get their customer service together and actually return emails from customers.
