	Rented TI 84 Plus Silver for 1 semester for college Business Statistics course. Other sites were out of stock (of TI graphing calculators) in the first weeks of the semester. The less expensive TI 83 would have been adequate for my needs. The calculator was shipped promptly. However, the USPS destroyed the package enroute. Upon contacting Graphtor, a replacement unit was shipped the same day. The replacement unit was sent in a sturdy Priority Mail mailer, much more durable than the original padded (First Class) mailer. When returning the calculator, a padded mailer was used & it arrived safely. Using the free return shipping label was a cinch.

	Originally, I went to another company and after 2 days found out my rental had not shipped because they were out. I found Graphtor and immediately they sent me a top quality calculator. Return was no problem. Save yourself any headaches and deal with this company.
